How much does Flash cost?
Flash is free to use. We only take a 5% platform fee per sale. Stripe also charges a standard processing fee (~2.9% + 30p).
How do I get paid?
You enter your PayPal email after a successful purchase. Payouts are processed manually within 48 hours.
What if I don’t have PayPal?
You can create a free PayPal account in minutes. Bank payouts and wallets will be supported in future.
Is Flash secure?
Yes — all payments go through Stripe Checkout, the same system used by Amazon, Shopify, and more.
Do I need to sign up?
No login is required to sell or buy. We store a secure recovery token in your browser to claim earnings later.
Can I edit or delete my flash link?
Not yet — flash links are permanent for now. Edit and delete options are coming soon to the dashboard.
How do buyers pay me?
Buyers pay you through Stripe — using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card. It’s fast and secure.
Can buyers request refunds?
Flash is peer-to-peer, so refunds are not automatic. If needed, buyers can contact you directly.
Is there a way to hide my flash links?
Link visibility control is coming soon. For now, only people with your direct link or QR code can view your product.
What is the recovery key?
It’s a secure token saved locally on your device — like a password-free account. You can export or link it later.

Can I use my own domain?
Custom domains and branded links will be available for Pro users soon.
Are flash links one-time use?
Yes — each flash link can only be used for one purchase. After a successful payment, the link is locked to prevent duplicates. Support for multiple quantities and inventory management is coming soon.
How do deliveries work?
After purchase, buyers are asked to enter their name and delivery address. You’ll see this info on your dashboard, and can fulfill the order however you prefer (e.g. via post, courier, or hand delivery).
