How much does Ecoh Flash cost?
Ecoh Flash is free to use. We only take a 5% fee when you make a sale. Stripe also charges a standard payment fee (~2.9% + 30p). You don’t pay anything upfront — we only earn when you do.
What does the 5% Ecoh fee cover?
It covers your smart link, QR code, secure Stripe checkout, PayPal payout, and platform improvements. We handle the tech — you focus on selling.
How do I get paid?
You'll enter your PayPal email when claiming earnings. Once a buyer pays, we send your payout within 24–48 hours (minus fees).
What if I don’t have a PayPal account?
No problem — you can create a free PayPal account in minutes at paypal.com. Stripe payouts are coming soon.
How do buyers pay me?
Buyers pay using Stripe Checkout with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card. No login or app needed.
How much do I receive per sale?
Example: if you sell for £10, Stripe takes ~59p, Ecoh takes 50p — you get £8.91. (Fee calculator coming soon.)
Can I avoid the 5% fee?
Yes — Ecoh Pay Pro (£10/month) will remove the fee and offer faster payouts, branded links, and more (coming soon).
Do I need to log in to use Ecoh Flash?
No login required to sell or buy. We use a secure token stored on your device to help you claim earnings.
Can I edit my flash link after publishing?
Not yet — but editing is coming soon to your seller dashboard.
